Delete your OI MESH account
Private beta testers can request account deletion now. A complete in-app deletion workflow is a required gate before public release.
Submit a request
Send an email from the address registered to your OI MESH account to support@oimesh.ai with the subject “OI MESH account deletion”. Do not include your password.
Verify ownership
Support will verify that the request comes from the account owner. Additional verification may be required to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.
What deletion covers
- Your OI MESH account and profile.
- Your OI Handle and discoverability settings.
- Active sessions and product-connection permissions.
- Personal information that is not required for legal, security or abuse-prevention purposes.
Conversation records
Deletion may affect how your past participation is displayed to other participants. Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
Completion
Support will confirm the applicable deletion timeline and notify you when processing is complete. Access may be disabled while the request is being verified.
