Information we process

  • Account and identity information, including email, profile, OI Handle and verification state.
  • Conversation data, read states, blocking relationships and related service events.
  • Device, session and security information needed to protect accounts.
  • Limited diagnostic information about startup, network and message failures.
03

Why we use it

  • To register and authenticate accounts and provide messaging.
  • To deliver, synchronise and recover conversations.

Connected products

Connected Products are not yet generally available. When introduced, each connection will require a defined scope and user consent. OI MESH is designed to receive only the minimum context required for the authorised action.

05

06

Your choices and rights

  • Control whether other people can find your exact OI Handle.
  • Block or unblock another account.
  • Request access, correction, export or deletion through the support channel.
  • Disconnect future product integrations and revoke their access.
07

Security transparency

OI MESH uses access controls, protected sessions and encrypted transport and storage safeguards. End-to-end encryption is a planned, separately reviewed programme and is not represented as available in the current beta.

08

Retention and change

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the beta, security, legal and operational purposes. This notice will be updated before public release as retention, export and deletion workflows are finalised.
