Rules for using OI MESH, operated by Oxford Intelligence Limited.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, or the higher age required by local law or the applicable store, and have parental or guardian permission where required. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorised to use. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@oimesh.ai.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Oxford Intelligence Limited the non-exclusive permission needed to host, copy, transmit and display it to provide the service and enforce these terms. This does not transfer ownership and lasts only as needed for the service and permitted retention described in our Privacy Policy. Recipients may retain copies. Only share content you own or have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not share unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, threatening or rights-infringing material. Do not harass, impersonate, scam, send unsolicited messages, disclose another person’s private information without authority or interfere with security. Use report and block controls for unwanted content or contact; direct emergencies to the appropriate authorities.
Reports and enforcement
We may review reported content and relevant service information, restrict content or accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests. Contact support if you believe action was taken in error. We do not guarantee that every message is reviewed before delivery.
Availability and legal rights
The app is free to download; an account and internet access are required. Connectivity charges may apply. Features can change and interruptions can occur. OI MESH is not an emergency communications service. Any future paid offering will be described before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable app-store licence also applies.
Ending use and contact
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at oimesh.ai/delete-account. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or serious breaches. Contact support@oimesh.ai with questions. Material changes will be identified with an effective date.
