Beta Terms of Use
These draft terms describe the rules for invited testers while OI MESH is still under active development.
Invitation and eligibility
The beta is invitation-only. Access is personal, may be limited by device or testing group, and must not be transferred without permission.
Your account
- Provide accurate registration information and protect your sign-in details.
- Use only accounts that belong to you.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account or device has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or unlawfully contact another person.
- Do not probe, bypass or interfere with access controls or service security.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing material.
- Do not use automation to scrape users or send unsolicited messages.
Beta availability
Features may change, pause, reset or be withdrawn as testing progresses. OI MESH should not yet be relied upon for emergency, regulated or mission-critical communication.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant the permissions required to transmit, store and display it for the service. Do not send information you are not authorised to share.
Testing and feedback
Testers may report defects and suggestions. Feedback may be used to improve OI MESH without an obligation to implement it or provide compensation.
Suspension and ending access
Access may be limited or removed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or manage the beta. You may stop testing at any time and request account deletion.
